2008 ONOC Sec Gen’s meeting
Secretaries General from the Oceania region began the first day of their Regional Olympic Forum in Suva.
The first day of the meeting reviewed the Olympic Solidarity programmes in Oceania over the 2005 – 2008 Olympiad as well as the various programmes delivered by ONOC to its membership during the period. The meeting also reviewed the participation and the results of the region’s participation in the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing. The meeting continues on Friday 31st October which will focus mainly on the preparations for the 2009 2012 Olympiad.
